Kai Nani Cottage Kailua Beachside, steps from the beach on a large and very
private property with lava rock wall all around: Quaint beach cottage with
2 bedrooms plus guest/play room with king size or two twin size bed(s),
1 +1/2 bath, hot and cold outside enclosed shower stall, living room, TV/reading
den, outdoor patio with table and chairs, fabulous private yard in tropical
surroundings; ideal for family with young children or two couples, who are
fine with sharing a bathroom;

Fees :$250/night for 2 guests, $275/night for 3 guests, $300/night for 4 guests and $325/night for up to total 6 guests, all plus tax 12.9166% (to change to 13.9166% as of July 1, 2010), departure cleaning $250, security deposit (refundable) $500.
