When you enter Kailua Beach House, the feeling of aloha surrounds you.  Each room is spacious with upscale tropical accents to make you feel like you are truly at home in the islands. The outstanding feature of this new home is the 500 sq. foot covered lanai.  The open beam ceiling in the great room and kitchen are enhanced by five glass doors all opening to the spacious lanai surrounded by ginger flowers and coconut trees.  Entertaining or just relaxing on the lanai is wonderful rain or shine. Kailua Beach House Fees: $385/night for up to 6 guests, plus tax 13.9166%, Security deposit $500, departure cleaning fee $450.
