This Kailua vacation home rental has breathtaking 360- degree views of ocean and mountains, and is located on a quiet beachlane just steps from Kailua Beach; queen-size sleeping loft with views all around, small outside balcony, large deck for guests downstairs for lounging, sunbathing, or enjoying a barbeque in a lovely garden of  tropical trees and foliage; half bath upstairs and  hot and cold outdoor shower in the garden under the stars (Hawaiian style!), lovely hosts. Fees: $150/night for 2, plus tax at 12.9166% (to change to 13.9166% as of July 1, 2010), cleaning fee $75. Holiday Season, 12/19 to 1/5 an additional 10%.
