This Lanikai rental is a most charming beach-comber's retreat, unique 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront cottage exactly in front of the two scenic Mokulua islands. Downstairs with living room, dining room, recently remodeled bathroom and kitchen, both open up to a great deck for lounging right by the ocean, "Hibiscus" bedroom oceanfront; a separate stairway up to the "Dolphin Suite", large bedroom with sitting area, bathroom with shower with the Mokuluas, Lanikai beach, and ocean in every window, including your bathroom; large front yard with steps down into the water, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, boating; lots of lounging furniture, hammock and a very nice back patio for sitting outside day or night on extra windy days. The friendly Lanikai neighborhood is a nice plus, with a bike path, jogging path, short hiking trails and world-renowned beach. Kailua with shopping, restaurants, and excellent sailboarding, is 5 minutes away. Childern welcome, no smoking. All in all, a wonderful casual getaway in lovely Lanikai.
